Super Producer was born from a lifetime of experience in the automotive industry. Manan and Manav have been immersed in the auto world their entire lives - their family owns and operates multiple auto repair shops and auto body shops. Growing up in this environment, they witnessed firsthand the constant stream of customer calls and the struggle to answer them all quickly enough.

The problem was clear: customers would call, employees and shop owners couldn't answer fast enough, and when they tried to call back, customers often wouldn't pick up. Those missed opportunities would go straight to nearby competitors who simply answered their phones faster. It was frustrating to lose customers not because of service quality, but because of timing.

Recognizing the need for a technical solution, Manan recruited Pratyush for his exceptional AI engineering expertise, and brought in Manav for his extraordinary ability to relate to customers and make them feel like part of the team.
